Frontal Attack Bush Tetras


was a band American post-punk New York, popular in the Manhattan club scene in the 1980, but never a commercial success. His music combines funk rhythms and dissonant guitar riffs.

guitarist Pat Place and vocalist Cynthia sley produce the most distinctive aspects of Tetras sound. Was the original guitarist and one of the founding members of the band. With the Bush Tetras, Pat continued with some of the musical ideas he had explored in that band, though his distinctive slide guitar absent in many of the songs Tetras. Sley voices were half talking, half-sung. On songs like "Too Many Creeps" and "Can not be funky, simple phrases repeated over and over again, creating a hypnotic monotony like guitar rhythms Place.
