What Can I Feed My Corn Snake Besides Mice

Stray Cats Live at Napa State Mental Hospital

Actors: Lux Interior, Poison Ivy, Bryan Gregory, Pam Ballam.
Year: 1978.
Director: Someone .

Synopsis:

During a tour in 1978, punk psychobilly band The Cramps achieved one of the strangest moments in the history of rock and roll and psychiatry when he made a concert in Napa State Mental Hospital. Hard to believe it really happened. The story sounds more like a rock legend exaggerated a real concert, but someone filmed the concert. We can only guess how the band got permission to tap into one of the largest institutions in California. The footage is grainy, black and white and chaotic. Spectators look puzzled at first, some start dancing, some just simply walking. How it ends "Mystery Plane", the first song, singer, Lux Interior, addresses the crowd: "We are The Cramps, and are in New York and have traveled 3,000 miles to play with you." Fuck you! shouts a patient. Lux smiles and says: "Someone told me that people are crazy! But I'm not so sure about that, I think that's fine with me." The concert is pure punk rock chaos.
